Bangta is divided into different sections called Isseo. Each Isseo has its own small government, which has a major. Above these individual Isseos with their own majors, there is a main parliament which goes over the entire country. Bangta has a democracy, which means that the supreme power is in the hands of the people. The people are able to vote and are usually exercised indirectly through a system of representation and delegated authority periodically renewed. Because of this type of government the people have a more freedom and more saying in what happends with their country. Still because of the Isseos everyone is more maintained to prevent any overflowing of that freedom, or actually it is just more controlled. When the people vote, all the majors, representatives and the members of the parliament itself come together to make the final vote of who is going to be their countries representative. the other smaller decisions are brought to the parliament and are made there.

What law does Bangta have?
Civil Law - The most widespread type of legal system in the world, applied in various forms in approximately 150 countries. Also referred to as European continental law, the civil law system is derived mainly from the Roman Corpus Juris Civilus, (Body of Civil Law), a collection of laws and legal interpretations compiled under the East Roman (Byzantine) Emperor Justinian I between A.D. 528 and 565. The major feature of civil law systems is that the laws are organized into systematic written codes. In civil law the sources recognized as authoritative are principally legislation - especially codifications in constitutions or statutes enacted by governments - and secondarily, custom. The civil law systems in some countries are based on more than one code. (CIA) |
